DDI was commissioned to refurbish and reposition the Presidential Suites at the top of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in trendy South Beach. 

The program for this two-story penthouse suite was to create a luxurious, modern VIP experience that related to the contextual environment of sun, sand and sea, and that would provide guests with a chic environment where they can relax, unwind and recharge. The views from the two-story full height windows and the comfortable lounge furniture on the terraces allow the guest to always enjoy the panoramic views of the sea.

The renovation of these suites included re-planning, new lighting and a complete refurbishment of all the interior elements. The result created an open plan design that is flexible and functional for true guest comfort. 

Taking cues from the iconic style of Miami Beach, these suites were designed with a minimalistic, modern resort feeling. The color palette was created with light and neutral colors accented with pops of orange and gold to respect the ever-changing color and light of the natural surroundings. The sophisticated and elegant design creates a destination for a truly unique guest experience.
