Table 31

Chef Georges Perrier and Chef Chris Scarduzio opened Table 31 Steakhouse Bistro in Center City’s Comcast Center. The restaurant’s entrance was at ground level along 17th Street, adjacent to the Comcast Center Plaza, with a second interior entrance from the Comcast Center’s Winter Garden. Spanning the ground, second and third floors of the Comcast Center, Table 31 occupied 14,000 square feet and boasted a variety of commanding and innovative spaces, including an unexpected two-story bar/lounge, sleek, modern ground and second-floor dining areas, intimate second-floor cocktail lounges, second-floor semi-private dining room and an elegant private event facility on the third floor with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the city. The hub of activity for Table 31 was the 33-seat, two-story bar/lounge located centrally between both entrances.

The first-floor dining room seats 70 and runs parallel to 17th Street. Both stairs and an elevator areavailable to guests to ascend to a 28-seat, second-floor cocktail area, with a dramatic view through clear glass railings to the bar/lounge below. Two intimate cocktail lounges adjacent to the stairs and elevator featured translucent red acrylic panels, wood paneling and plush, chocolate brown backlit banquette seating. The third floor banquet room seated approximately 185 people, and can be divided to accommodate two independent functions.
