Marketing Coordinator
The selected individual will be a member of Daroff Design’s Business Development and Marketing team: Supporting and collaborating with DDI’s Director of Business Development, CEO, and Design Principals, preparing marketing and promotional materials needed to attract new business. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their marketing or interior design career.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or BFA in: Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, Graphic Design
  • 0 – 3   years marketing experience
  • Currently resides in Philadelphia metro area
  • Highly organized, smart, creative, collaborative, multi-tasker
  • Energetic, self-starter, able to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent written / verbal communications skills
  • Comfortable with both Mac and PC platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Understands hierarchy of information
  • Ability to adhere to brand standards
  • Web Design / Motion Design experience a plus
  • Must have an interest / passion / involvement within the design field

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and organizing the business development database of clients and teaming partners
  • Assisting in the creation and submission of RFQs and RFPs
    • Coordinating efforts between DDI and outside firms, clients, and teaming partners
    • Assembling existing collateral / creating custom collateral
  • Maintaining and creating portfolios of work to be used in presentations
    • Confirming that equipment will be available and operational
  • Pursuing events, awards and publishing opportunities
    • Maintaining a publishing calendar
    • Managing submissions
    • Serve as point-person between DDI and 3rd parties
  • Managing and photography needs
    • Scheduling photo-shoots for recently completed projects
    • Post-production review, selection and post-production scheduling
    • Serve as point-person between DDI, photographer, and teaming partner(s)
  • Keeping a clean, efficient, and intuitive file structure within DDI’s filing system
  • Maintaining Brand Standards Across Print and Digital Collateral
    • Brochures, Portfolios – InDesign
    • Presentations – PDF, InDesign, PowerPoint
    • Small website updates – WordPress
    • Image Editing – Photoshop
