Tavistock Development Co. has hired a design team to refresh its Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.Daroff Design Inc. + DDI Architects PC (DDI) is spearheading the hotel’s interior design and will act as the historic hotel tower’s architect, while HKS Architects Inc. is creating the main hotel building’s architecture. Garcia Stromberg, GS4 Studios and Phil Kean Design Group have been tapped as residential architects. EDSA has also joined the team as landscape architect.
